FAQS

Is our driver’s tip included in our pricing?

The fee for your driver is included in our pricing, but gratuities are accepted.  Please remember that this is the minimum tip and if your driver has gone over and beyond, that you should feel free to treat him/her with an additional tip will be entertained.

Is there a minimum amount of time I must book?

Most specialty events are a flat fee noted within your event, but some tours are based on a per-person rate.

Can you drink on the bus?

Yes, It wouldn’t be a party bus if you couldn’t.  As long as you are of legal drinking age, you can definitely bring alcohol onto the bus and drink.  

Can you smoke in the party bus?

No, in order to keep our fleet free of smoke and vapors, there is no smoking.  However, we can stop for smoke breaks whenever you may see fit.  

Can we use drugs on the bus?

Absolutely not.  If our driver sees you using any versions of marijuana or any other illegal substances, your tour will end immediately.  Our company takes pride in ensuring your safety.  What you do outside our fleets is on you, but if we suspect illegal usage and is interfering with the driver or other guest, we will ask you to leave the bus.  

Can we extend our tour or party?

Yes, for a hourly fee, we will extend your time with us accordingly.  Please discuss it with the driver.

Can you book your reservation online?

Yes, but all reservations require a minimum deposit.  Each tour or party deposit will be 20% down and is based on your booking total amount.  

If I cancel, will I get a deposit?

Yes, 30+ days we give 100% refund——- Between 15-30 days 75% refund ——- within 15 days 50% refund.

What kind of payment can be used?

We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, Cash app, Apple Pay, Google Pay, afterpay and Paypal
